📋 Description

• Monitoring overdue accounts and following up with customers on overdue accounts to secure payments through phone calls, emails, or other communication methods. • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues and complaints concerning billing issues. • Review and reconcile customer statement account with outstanding invoices, resolving discrepancies, and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to track the status of outstanding balances. • Collaborating with the sales team to resolve payment-related issues and ensure timely revenue recognition. • Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, particularly in accounts receivable, payables and collections • Strong written and spoken English communication skills • NetSuite ERP experience is required; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
