• Organizing and managing the executive's schedule, including setting up meetings, appointments, and events • Scheduling, preparing for, and attending meetings, creating and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items • Booking and coordinating travel arrangements for the executive and sometimes for visiting clients or partners • Managing, organizing, and maintaining important documents, files, and records • Compiling and formatting materials for presentations or reports • Assisting with various projects by gathering data and preparing reports or presentations as needed • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders • Assisting with general administrative tasks and ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field • 1-3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant for a C-Suite level report, or other relevant administrative support experience • Strong verbal, written, and English communications skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software • Exposure to project management tools • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
