📋 Description

• Run and maintain the Master Production Schedule using Business Central and internal planning tools. • Review and progressively schedule unscheduled production requirements, especially stock replenishment production. • Monitor inventory levels, production needs, open customer orders, and potential stock shortages using the Power BI MPS Dashboard. • Determine production requirements based on inventory, customer demand, production orders, and replenishment needs. • Create and manage production orders in Business Central. • Establish production dates to cover customer orders on time while maintaining sufficient inventory. • Proactively manage stockout risks for high-volume and best-selling products. • Prioritize production and determine which products can be delayed or rescheduled. • Schedule production orders by production date, machine, and shift while considering capacity and operational constraints. • Maintain the shared Excel production schedule. • Adjust schedules for customer requests, priority changes, inventory issues, production constraints, and operational needs. • Evaluate moving, accelerating, or postponing production orders to accommodate urgent customer requests. • Coordinate production priorities with relevant departments, including operations, warehouse, customer service, sales, and quality teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma required; additional education in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, purchasing, or a similar manufacturing role preferred. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills. • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP platform. • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Experience using Power BI to analyze data, build reports, and support operational decision-making. • Experience with AI automation tools or process automation techniques is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of raw materials, production processes, inventory control, quality standards, and cost management within a manufacturing environment. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
