📋 Description

• Compile and distribute recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reports using pre-built Excel templates and workflows • Distribute reports via Outlook on documented schedules and confirm successful delivery • Maintain a reporting calendar and flag delays, source-system outages, or anomalies • Produce ad-hoc reports using knowledge of BMS’ data model • Execute Salesforce, Restoration Manager, and Sage Intacct three-way reconciliation processes • Identify and resolve missing corresponding records, duplicate accounts, and duplicate contacts across systems • Adapt workflows to frequently changing SOPs and evolving reporting requirements • Improve the quality and quantity of Sales Analytics’ output • Identify and resolve gaps in Sales Analytics insight and improve team processes and productivity • Influence the day-to-day work of the Sales Analytics Data Analyst

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related roles • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas • Prior experience in data reconciliation or data matching work • Experience learning multiple business systems, such as ERP, CRM, or vertical-specific platforms • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams • Experience with data management, spreadsheets, or reporting tools • Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
