📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers using the platform • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone • Assist users in navigating dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate technical concerns when necessary • Provide onboarding support and training to new clients • Analyze market trends and competitor activity across Airbnb, VRBO, and other vacation rental platforms • Provide recommendations based on available analytics and benchmarking data • Assist property managers in tracking portfolio performance and identifying growth opportunities • Support revenue management initiatives through data-driven insights • Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation • Document customer interactions, resolutions, and feature requests • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve the customer experience • Contribute to knowledge base articles, training materials, and support resources

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Property Management, Vacation Rentals, Hospitality, Revenue Management, or Data Analytics • Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO • Experience interpreting performance metrics and market data • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience working with short-term rental analytics platforms • Knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and channel managers • Experience supporting professional property managers or hospitality operators
