⢠Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers using the platform ⢠Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone ⢠Assist users in navigating dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools ⢠Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate technical concerns when necessary ⢠Provide onboarding support and training to new clients ⢠Analyze market trends and competitor activity across Airbnb, VRBO, and other vacation rental platforms ⢠Provide recommendations based on available analytics and benchmarking data ⢠Assist property managers in tracking portfolio performance and identifying growth opportunities ⢠Support revenue management initiatives through data-driven insights ⢠Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation ⢠Document customer interactions, resolutions, and feature requests ⢠Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve the customer experience ⢠Contribute to knowledge base articles, training materials, and support resources
⢠College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field ⢠2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Property Management, Vacation Rentals, Hospitality, Revenue Management, or Data Analytics ⢠Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO ⢠Experience interpreting performance metrics and market data ⢠Excellent written and spoken English ⢠Experience working with short-term rental analytics platforms ⢠Knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies ⢠Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and channel managers ⢠Experience supporting professional property managers or hospitality operators
