• Answer emails and phone calls from customers • Schedule meetings with clients • Manage travel plans for employees • Issue invoices to clients • Make cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet • Create content to post on the company’s social media channels • Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies • Prepare presentations according to instructions given • Ad hoc duties as assigned
• Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English • Passion for customer service • Extremely detail-oriented • Intuitive with computers and learning various software • Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or other relevant administrative support experience • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
