• demonstrated track record of success in a business development or client services leadership role • bachelor’s degree in civil engineering • minimum 15 years of experience building relationships and expanding a client base in the water/wastewater market • demonstrated experience and working knowledge around tank applications in the water/wastewater market • desire to work in a highly collaborative environment including sales activity as a specialist working across existing and new accounts • ability to navigate in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and proficiency using PowerPoint • experience working in an environment where account and pursuit activity is managed in a CRM, preferably Salesforce
