📋 Description
• Overseeing a group of dubbing coordinators responsible for daily operations of their team • Development of performance goals and long-term dubbing operational plans • Managing forecasts, capacity, and utilization planning • Owning dubbing production workflows and service-level agreements • Vendor management, dub quality analysis and performance metrics • Monitoring evolving regional needs and developing solutions • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders • Leading regional post-mortems on titles/series • Conducting market assessments of territory/language • Maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in the dubbing industry • Knowledge of dubbing vendors within the assigned region • Experience in audiovisual technology, knowledge of audio formats and dubbing processes • Experience interacting with global localization providers • Experience with a variety of centralized localization workflows and product types across multiple regions and languages • Experience with managing complex dubbing audio projects simultaneously • Exceptional written and oral communication skills across all levels • Experience with project management tools, data collection and analysis to drive improvements • Exceptional personnel management and leadership skills with ability to work independently
