📋 Description

• Own and advance a portfolio of high-priority nonprofit and mission-driven organizations • Build relationships with senior fundraising, marketing, digital, and executive leaders across nonprofits, advocacy organizations, associations, and foundations • Identify opportunities that align client needs with Delve Deeper's capabilities • Lead active business development opportunities from discovery through close • Help shape solution architecture that aligns Delve Deeper's capabilities to client needs • Develop a deep understanding of Delve Deeper's capabilities across media, analytics, creative, technology, and data • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7–15+ years of experience in agency growth, consultative sales, business development, or strategic partnerships • Experience selling marketing, media, analytics, technology, or consulting services • Deep understanding of nonprofit organizations, digital fundraising, advocacy organizations, associations, foundations, and other mission-driven sectors • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and RFP processes • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams • A consultative mindset focused on creating long-term value for clients and the business
