📋 Description

• Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, engage, and close new customers. • Shape the Sales Process: Collaborate with the founders to design and implement a scalable sales process from scratch. • Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, providing insights to ensure the product solves real-world pain points. • Evangelize the Mission: Represent Delve at industry events, conferences, and in customer meetings, establishing yourself as an expert in the compliance and security space.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in selling products with an ASP of $10k+. • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re excited about joining an early-stage startup and thrive in ambiguity. You want to roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and make a significant impact. • Customer-Focused: You excel at understanding customer needs, communicating value, and creating solutions that lead to long-term partnerships. • Results-Oriented: You measure success by the tangible results you deliver. • Team Player: You’re collaborative and excited to work closely with the founders, product team, and customers to build something great together. • Bonus Points: Familiarity with articulating AI-driven applications. • Knowledge of security, compliance, or auditing.
