• Scoping, leading, and executing mixed-method studies • Driving the Critical User Journey (CUJ) framework • Managing and innovating on the Demandbase Research Panel • Guiding and educating stakeholders in creating actionable research questions • Analyzing and presenting research findings • Advocating for and driving rigor and creativity in best-practice research processes • Collaborating with other internal teams and programs


• 5-7 years of experience in user experience research in a B2B/SaaS environment • Extensive experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods • Strong understanding when and how to apply different research methods • Proven experience turning research findings into actionable user-centered design and product goals • Experience working in a Lean UX / Agile environment • Experience working with a geographically distributed team
