• Design, development, and execution of client engagements such as nurture programs, scoring programs, trigger-based communications, general email campaigns, reporting, and analytics • Strong communication and analytics skills in following the delivery process to ensure all aspects of the client's expectations and deliverables are met • Design, creation, implementation and maintenance of tactical items
