📋 Description

• Identify and acquire new customers, while actively advising existing customers in hospitals, specialist retailers, and outpatient healthcare settings • Present, discuss, quote, and sell products and services to hospitals, specialist and medical practices, medical care centers (MVZ), care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and specialist retailers • Implement sales strategies and marketing concepts within the assigned territory • Monitor the market and competitors • Increase the number of prescribers and prescriptions year over year, while achieving sales targets • Analyze relevant sales and performance metrics and derive appropriate actions • Actively transfer knowledge with the Wellspect Academy and Marketing teams • Provide customers with professional support in using the products • Collaborate in an agile manner with HomeCare, Key Account Management, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Customer Service

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification; medical training is an advantage • Initial sales experience • Professional presence and strong presentation skills • High self-motivation and excellent organizational skills • Assertiveness and strong communication skills • Confident use of modern office software and communication media • Business-fluent German, both written and spoken • High willingness to travel, including 1–2 overnight stays per week • Eligible to work in Germany
