📋 Description

• Provide advanced support for Modern Workplace services, ensuring the stability and availability of solutions • Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents not resolved by first- and second-level support teams • Perform troubleshooting in Microsoft 365 environments, identity and access management, endpoint management, and virtual desktop environments • Support the implementation of operational changes and service improvements, following change management processes • Work with global teams and Service Owners to investigate issues and resolve critical incidents • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures • Identify automation opportunities, process improvements, and Shift Left initiatives • Participate in Problem Management and Major Incident Management activities, contributing technical analyses and root cause identification • Ensure SLAs are met by monitoring and updating tickets throughout the resolution lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in user experience and service stability

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience supporting and administering Microsoft Modern Workplace environments • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune • Experience troubleshooting enterprise Windows environments and endpoint management • PowerShell knowledge for automation, administration, and operational support • Experience with ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management • Advanced English for written and verbal communication with global teams • Analytical skills for solving complex problems and identifying root causes • Experience with Okta (preferred) • Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) (preferred) • Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Defender (preferred) • Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104 or similar) (preferred) • Experience automating operational processes (preferred)
