📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business and user requirements against project objectives • Map current-state and future-state business processes and capabilities when required • Identify potential consequences of changes and estimate required modifications and effort • Design and develop business solutions aligned with target operating models and capabilities • Engage stakeholders to align project requirements and solution or capability design • Work with domain experts and technical leads to translate business needs into technical solutions • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of identified benefits and dis-benefits • Support Business Change Managers and improvement teams in identifying BAU enhancements and solutions • Advise project teams on methodologies, operating models, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, defect analysis, forms, and templates

• Ability to gather and analyze business and user requirements • Ability to perform impact analysis and estimation for project changes • Ability to map As-Is and To-Be business processes and capabilities • Ability to design business solutions aligned with target operating models and capabilities • Ability to collaborate with business owners, users, Business Change Managers, improvement teams, domain experts, and technical leads • Knowledge of project methodologies, operating models, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, defect analysis, forms, and templates • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Ability to evaluate project benefits and dis-benefits
