📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions with data stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit business and functional solution-change requirements • Analyze new data for inclusion in data products or enterprise data platforms and perform ad hoc data analysis • Own accurate requirements specifications and acceptance criteria for solution changes, updates, and maintenance • Follow project-management direction regarding schedule, scope, and cost tradeoffs • Assist with solution testing using business validation techniques • Lead solution user acceptance testing • Update and maintain requirements, data flows, business glossary, data catalog, data lineage, and data model documentation • Serve as the functional point of contact for the solution and resolve data and design questions or issues • Maintain the solution in production, work with end users, and facilitate change requests through a defined change-management process • Collaborate remotely with globally distributed colleagues and clients across multiple time zones • Contribute to dentsu’s reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices • Mentor team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required • 10+ years of technology implementation experience in master data management and enterprise data management, including data mastering, data integration, data transformation, system integration, and data analytics • 10+ years’ experience documenting requirements for scope management, design, development, and testing enablement through traceability • 10+ years’ experience working with methodologies including Agile • Knowledge of master data management and enterprise data management concepts • Hands-on experience with relational design concepts, including table design, table relationships, and primary and foreign key designations • Experience with user acceptance testing • SQL skills • Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet internal and external client commitments • Strong client management skills • Effective communication and presentation skills • Critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills • Ability to adapt to various conditions and situations and remain focused under pressure • Ability to thrive in complex, geographically dispersed, highly matrixed teams • Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior-level resources and stakeholders • Willingness to travel when necessary, up to 25%
