📋 Description

• Maintain operational excellence of a group of systems/applications • Perform standard operational tasks to keep systems compliant with ISI standards • Manage compliance documentation • Coordinate and schedule backup/recovery and perform Disaster Recovery testing • Monitor Service Level Agreements • Monitor access and identity • Coordinate server and database patches • Troubleshoot incidents • Make small software enhancements/configuration changes • Coordinate software management • Interface and coordinate with multiple business and IT areas • Collect and process demands from business users • Perform Incident and Problem Management • Perform Change Management • Work with IT Infrastructure to remediate, replace, migrate, or decommission legacy systems or infrastructure • Retire systems and coordinate system archiving • Coordinate onboarding of systems from functional areas to the EOC • Oversee knowledge transfer, shadowing, and reverse shadowing during system transitions to the EOC • Communicate system transition results to the EOC reporting team

🎯 Requirements

• Must be customer oriented • Must be well organized and methodical • Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal • Must be able to work successfully on a team • Must have Excellent English speaking, reading & writing skills • Other languages such as German, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish a plus • Must be able to present information effectively • Must have demonstrated understanding and experience with Infrastructure topics such as databases, servers, cloud systems, networking etc. • A demonstrated understanding of Operational Excellence ITIL v3.0 or higher Fundamentals Certification • Working knowledge of pipeline development on AWS stack (Glue, Pyspark, lambda, s3, SNS, Step functions, Airflow) • Data transformation and modelling using Snowflake and dbt • Good to have knowledge of data integration tools (Snaplogic) • Python and SQL (advanced) • Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK / CloudFormation) • CI/CD (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild) • 2+ years working as System Lead or Similar • Good Understanding of assigned application and system lead support service tasks • Understanding and experience working with Hardware, software, networking and databases • Proven work experience in an IT technical support or similar role • Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus • Experience working in a multicultural diverse environment
