📋 Description

• Serve as an HR support for multi-state and multi-site centers • Collaborate closely with Operations and Support Center teams • Provide proactive guidance across critical areas • Foster employee development and cultivate a high-performance culture • Act as a trusted strategic partner to district directors and center managers • Build strong relationships with functional leaders • Coach managers through difficult performance conversations • Offer guidance in managing sensitive employee situations

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of experience with HR/People Ops • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Business acumen and principled decision-making approach • Flexibility in approach and ability to handle fast-paced environments • Experience supporting multiple centers in different time zones • Expertise in US employment law, compensation frameworks, and training & development programs • Used Workday and other HR tools for operational excellence • An advanced degree in HR, business or organizational development is preferred • An HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred
