📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the organization’s financial structure, including the planning, management, and oversight of all financial resources • Build and further develop a robust financial architecture to support sustainable growth • Oversee budgeting, liquidity management, and the allocation of funds in accordance with nonprofit requirements • Develop and implement strategies to attract supporting members and financial contributors • Actively participate in fundraising through direct outreach, offer structuring, and support throughout the closing process • Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and institutional funders • Ensure transparent financial processes and accurate bookkeeping in compliance with tax requirements • Work closely with the leadership team on overall financial management and the prioritization of initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in financial management, controlling, or comparable commercial functions • Understanding of financial structures within nonprofit organizations, or a strong willingness to learn • Ability to connect financial strategy with operational execution • Experience or demonstrated strength in fundraising, partnership development, or business development • Structured, independent working style and a high degree of reliability • Strong command of numbers, financial planning models, and business interrelationships
