📋 Description

• Support our participants online and by phone • Advise customers on our services, course offerings, and processes • Handle written inquiries via live chat and email • Document and resolve customer requests in our HubSpot ticketing system • Conduct and evaluate placement tests for various language levels • Manage and maintain course and participant records • Prepare quotes, invoices, and certificates of attendance • Support the teams in Germany and Austria from the back office in Romania • Participate in the shared day-to-day work of the remote team • Participate in virtual training sessions and onboarding in Vienna

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or training in business administration or customer consulting • Customer-focused mindset and enjoyment of working with people • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a reliable working style • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools • Very good German and good English skills • Ability to work in a team and enthusiasm for collaborating in a remote environment
