📋 Description

• Supporting course participants online and by phone • Advising customers on services, course offerings, and processes • Handling written inquiries via live chat and email • Documenting and resolving customer requests in the HubSpot ticketing system • Conducting and evaluating placement assessments for different language levels • Managing and maintaining course and participant records • Preparing quotes, invoices, and certificates of participation • Supporting the teams in Germany and Austria from the back office in Romania • Participating in the shared remote-work routine • Participating in virtual training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or training in a commercial field or customer service/advisory role • Customer-focused approach and enthusiasm for working with people • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a reliable working style • Confident use of MS Office and digital communication tools • Very good German and good English skills • Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of collaborating in a remote team • Application documents in German: CV, salary expectations, and available start date
