📋 Description

• Technical point of contact for service technicians, customers, and contractual partners in the field of power converter technology • Analyze and resolve power converter faults on Senvion®, Nordex®, Fuhrländer®, and GE® wind turbines escalated to 2nd-level support through remote monitoring • Provide remote technical support to service teams during the repair and maintenance of wind turbines • Prepare work instructions, maintenance documentation, and RAMS documentation • Create and review work orders, including the related technical documentation • Monitor wind turbine performance and derive improvement measures • Support the technical preparation of quotations for repairs and retrofits in the field of power converter technology

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electrician or mechatronics technician (m/f/d), and/or technician-level training, and/or a completed degree in engineering • Several years of experience with power converters, particularly on Senvion®, Nordex®, Fuhrländer®, and GE® wind turbines • Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken • Confident user of standard Microsoft Office applications • Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work • Ability to work effectively in a team • Ability to work at heights and good physical fitness • Class B driver's license • Willingness to travel occasionally
