📋 Description

• Work on support tickets as part of the Internal IT team. • Provide general support for macOS and Linux, including setup, device management, troubleshooting, and software and hardware lifecycle. • Manage Identity & Access Management, including user lifecycle, groups, roles, permissions, and SSO across core systems. • Own tooling systems, including configuration, access, integrations, and lifecycle. • Run IT onboarding calls for new joiners as their first Internal IT contact. • Own internal IT projects from scoping through rollout and handover into operations. • Automate onboarding, role changes, tool provisioning, and offboarding user journeys. • Improve processes. • Document processes, systems, and tooling for colleagues and Internal IT documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT support or internal IT, at an advanced level. • Experience owning a system or topic end to end and keeping it running. • Confident with macOS and Linux support, the command line and basic scripting such as Bash or Python. • Practical knowledge of Identity & Access Management, including SSO, MFA, directory services, roles and permissions. • Experience running projects independently alongside day-to-day support. • Interest in AI agents and automation, and willingness to use them in your own work. • Clear communication with non-technical colleagues and a service mindset. • Documentation is a habit, not an afterthought. • English at C1 or above and German at B1 or above. • ITIL expertise is a nice-to-have, through certification or equivalent practical experience. • Experience in an ISO 27001 environment is a nice-to-have.
