• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services • Identify customer needs and provide information about products or services • Close sales and achieve monthly targets (General Clean, End of Tendency and Deep Cleans) • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities • Build and maintain relationships with customers • Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales
• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work well in a team and independently • Strong sales and customer service skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and booking systems
