📋 Description

• Responsible for driving team efficiency by integrating AI-powered tools to deliver software solutions. • Initially need a "hands-on approach to establish the technical foundations and progressively transition to a high-level architectural/leadership role as the team scales.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience leading an engineering team with the ability to mentor and refine delivery methodologies. • Strong technical background as a Full Stack or Back End Engineer is a must. • Advanced English level. • Familiarity with AI tools for development to maximize a team's productivity. • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related fields. • Autonomy and initiative to drive internal projects from conception to completion. • Team player, naturally oriented to knowledge transfer and mentoring others. • Decision making skills, ensuring that every technical choice aligns with Devlane's long term business goals.
