📋 Description
• Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs • Select, prepare, and send qualified IT candidates to clients • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process • Hold interviews in Spanish • Hold interviews in English • Manage recruitment KPIs to continually improve the process • Implement employer branding strategies
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience with full-cycle recruiting • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields • Basic understanding of software terms, including languages and frameworks • Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills • Full-time availability • Fluent in English and Spanish; able to hold interviews in both languages • Negotiation skills (nice to have) • Experience working with US companies (nice to have)
