📋 Description

• Create and publish job postings • Review and shortlist incoming applications • Coordinate and support the recruiting process from application through hiring • Conduct initial interviews with candidates and assess their motivation, qualifications, and personality • Work closely with department heads, particularly in Coaching and Sales • Coordinate interviews at all levels • Ensure a structured, transparent, and respectful selection process • Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication • Maintain and continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate data in Personio • Monitor ongoing recruiting processes and relevant recruiting metrics • Help further develop recruiting at DGO and take on administrative HR responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial or business administration training, a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification • Practical recruiting experience and knowledge of modern recruitment processes • Structured, reliable, and independent working style • Ability to manage an overview of multiple open positions simultaneously • Confident use of digital tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft 365 • Digital affinity and the ability to quickly learn new HR systems in a solution-oriented manner • Professional, collaborative communication and strong people skills • Empathy, team spirit, and respectful communication • Willingness to work independently and contribute personal ideas • Willingness to take responsibility for administrative HR tasks
