📋 Description

• Coordinate with department heads, including post-production, pre-production, casting, inventory, and others, to collect data on a daily, weekly, and monthly cycle. • Enter and upload data into Google Sheets and other designated systems. • Verify and cross-check numbers before they are reported and flag discrepancies. • Build charts, graphs, and dashboards from collected data. • Set up basic automation in Google Sheets and Excel using formulas, lookups, conditional formatting, and data validation. • Create and maintain standardized report templates. • Run a disciplined follow-up cycle so no department misses a reporting deadline. • Report to the Systems and Automation Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts. • Understanding of project management basics and process thinking. • Meticulous attention to accuracy and deadlines. • Confident, clear communication skills and the ability to politely chase people for data. • Strong organization and the ability to manage recurring tasks without reminders. • Prior experience in reporting, coordination, or operations support is a plus.
