📋 Description

• Support DMS projects in the municipal sector and help drive them to success in partnership with customers • Systematically gather and analyze functional and technical customer requirements • Configure and migrate the komXwork DMS solution • Deliver training sessions and workshops for users and project participants • Support testing and go-live activities • Help ensure the sustainable operation of the system • Analyze challenges and contribute to the ongoing development of existing standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the public sector, municipal environment, or an IT systems provider • Experience installing, implementing, or using DMS and ECM systems, as well as electronic records management (E-Akte) • Practical experience with SQL databases or Microsoft server environments is a strong advantage • Solution-oriented and structured approach, with the confidence to challenge existing practices and the determination to see things through • Approachable and personable manner • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Category B driving license
