📋 Description
• Support our customers via remote access from the office workstation • Maintain our customers' IT applications and ensure uninterrupted operations • Assist with infrastructure optimizations • Perform system maintenance • Install updates
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training in IT or a career changer with several years of professional experience • Ideally, experience with Windows or Linux servers in medium and enterprise environments • Preferably experience administering web servers and application servers • Knowledge of Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and reverse proxies is an advantage • Knowledge of multi-tier architectures is an advantage • Network knowledge is an advantage • Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage • Ideally, initial experience with Java • Very good German language skills • Good English language skills
