📋 Description

• Manage, administer, and enhance Windows and Linux servers • Plan, implement, and commission systems and services • Ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure • Provision and configure hardware, software, and user access • Analyze issues and document findings in German • Manage the escalation of problems and incidents • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize and standardize the server environment • Gather requirements and develop innovative solutions • Contribute to forward-looking IT projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training, a degree in computer science, or equivalent practical experience (career changers welcome) • Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016–2025 • Knowledge of Linux, preferably Debian • Experience operating, planning, and commissioning IT systems and services • Very good knowledge of Active Directory, including GPO, DNS, Sites and Services, and trust relationships • Experience with VMware vSphere • Experience with Veeam Backup • Experience with Microsoft Terminal Servers • Knowledge of PKI is a plus • Experience with monitoring systems, such as PRTG • Basic understanding of networking and IT security • Fluent German • Desirable: experience with Proxmox, SAN/vSAN, WSUS, Dell servers, Ricoh Streamline NX servers, and Hetzner/IONOS
