📋 Description
• Моніторинг та підтримка актуальних маршрутів, перевірка їхньої роботи, своєчасна заміна або ремонт • Пошук нових провайдерів для розширення можливостей компанії та підвищення маржинальності • Ведення таблиць з актуальними цінами на маршрути • Допомога менеджерам із продажу у формуванні вартості маршрутів • Виконання завдань з налаштування клієнтів, поставлених відділом продажів • Прослуховування дзвінків для контролю якості обслуговування та виявлення технічних проблем
🎯 Requirements
• Має досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді від 1 року • Розуміє принципи роботи з VoIP та налаштуванням SMS-сервісів • Володіє навичками роботи з Jira або подібними системами • Відповідальний, комунікабельний і ввічливий у спілкуванні • Прагне до постійного професійного розвитку та вдосконалення
