📋 Description

• Responsible for defining the overall solution based on customer requirements within a project, both internally and externally • Lead the requirements and solution definition process • Advise customers on adapting and optimizing their processes • Provide guidance on best practices and appropriate solutions • Technically validate solutions • Identify, articulate, and mitigate technical risks • Create and document the solution design and all relevant artifacts • Design key solution components • Provide licensing and product recommendations • Serve as the point of contact, coach, and expert for the implementation team on questions regarding the overall solution structure

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science (Diploma/Master) or equivalent qualification • At least 5 years of in-depth experience in Salesforce projects • Experience with at least Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, or comparable relevant IT project experience • Basic knowledge of system and process integration • Business-fluent German • Business-fluent English
