📋 Description

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain banking and retail products such as ATMs, point-of-sale systems, and self-checkout solutions • Provide customer-focused on-site support and technical advice • Document service visits using mobile applications

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT systems electronics or a comparable qualification • Previous field service experience is preferred • Strong technical understanding and practical hands-on skills • Customer-focused and able to work independently • Reliable, proactive, and effective in communication and teamwork • Very good German skills (at least C1 level under the CEFR) • English language skills are desirable • Willingness to work flexible hours • Valid German Class B driving licence (formerly Class 3) required on a permanent basis
