📋 Description

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of hardware and software products, primarily at customer sites • Perform scheduled inspections, cleanings, service activities, and minor product repairs within the assigned territory • Evaluate equipment to ensure proper operation, resolving issues or reporting them according to established procedures • Manage service scheduling and complete required documentation • Collaborate with customers to ensure high satisfaction and understanding of product functionality • Perform incident management and troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools • Perform component-level hardware repairs • Clean and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks • Refill consumables as directed • Install, move, add, modify, and remove hardware and software products (IMAC/R) • Educate and train customers on installed hardware and software • Attend periodic hardware and software training • Participate in measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs • Support assigned special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services • Fluency in Italian language is mandatory • English communication is a plus • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements
