📋 Description

• As a Growth Key Account Manager, you are our public face to customers and the expert on our software solutions and online marketing. • Your goal is to continuously grow the customer portfolio and provide clients with optimal advice. • Long-term direct customer care: You manage a dedicated client base, build long-term relationships and regularly conduct business reviews and performance-improvement calls with each of your customers. • Expert status: After a thorough onboarding period, you become a specialist in online marketing and software applications. • You spot growth opportunities immediately and proactively advise customers on our features to increase their sales. • Based on sales trend, funnel and performance analyses, you provide recommendations to optimize their business. • Through monitoring you detect potential revenue declines immediately, analyze the causes and define measures to resolve them. • Represent Digistore24: Whether at international VIP customer events, a business lunch or trade shows — you know how to nurture customer relationships face to face.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong presence: You have a confident character, enjoy responsibility and handle people at all hierarchy levels with assurance — including in negotiation situations. • Communication skills: You communicate precisely and in a recipient-friendly manner. • You defuse potential conflicts with tact and a solution-oriented approach. • With customers and your team you always strike the right tone — even under time pressure — and can switch to English seamlessly when necessary. • Account Management: You have at least two years of experience in account management and at least one year working in a technical environment. • Nice to have: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as experience in online marketing. • Organizational talent: You work in a structured and reliable way and can set priorities independently. • High motivation: Our industry evolves continuously. To advise your customers as an expert, you keep up with current trends and enjoy independently learning new topics.
