• Ensure a seamless transition for clients onto our software platform. • Lead the onboarding and implementation process; working closely with clients to understand their needs. • Configure the software according to client requirements. • Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption. • Key point of contact between clients and internal teams, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with sales team to gather client requirements during pre-implementation. • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows and data structures. • Assist clients in migrating data, ensuring integrity and accuracy. • Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation, escalating when necessary. • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or software implementation environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues during the implementation process. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple client implementations simultaneously. • Tech focused - you adapt quickly to new technologies and learn how to use new applications & workflows. • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities. • Nice to have: Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and workflows • Proficiency in configuring and implementing software solutions, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
