📋 Description
• Build and own a comprehensive training framework for both customers and internal teams. • Design scalable learning paths (live, self-paced, hybrid) tailored for different veterinary roles: DVMs, techs, CSRs, and managers. • Continuously refine training programs based on feedback, adoption data, and new product releases. • Document playbooks, facilitator guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all training delivery. • Lead engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for clinics and internal teams. • Act as the subject matter expert for our product including new feature rollouts and workflow training. • Partner with internal teams to define clear ownership between specialist-led and centralized training.
🎯 Requirements
• Veterinary industry experience — ideally from a clinic, hospital group, or veterinary software company. • Proven experience building or modernizing training programs that scale effectively. • Strong technical aptitude — able to quickly learn, teach, and troubleshoot software workflows. • 3+ years in training, onboarding, enablement, or education (preferably in SaaS or healthcare). • Excellent facilitation and communication skills — you know how to make complex topics engaging and clear. • Experience using LMS tools and measuring training success with data. • Comfort delivering training both virtually and on-site at clinics.
