📋 Description

• Join a dynamic and international Commercial Partner Management team in Europe’s e-mobility transformation • Work closely with major companies in the industry to build strong relationships • Shape customer charging prices across Europe and influence their behavior • Create and intensify strong partnerships with Charge Point Operators and Roaming Hubs • Manage and develop relationships strategically and commercially • Negotiate attractive contractual agreements with partners • Support tech teams on a commercial side to implement and roll out new features • Stay updated on regional trends and the CPO landscape • Attend market-specific working groups to influence trends and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in the e-mobility market for at least 3+ years • Profound know-how of the EV sector e.g. charging user journey, features, communication, protocols, EV charging value chain, roles and their business models (EMSP, CPOs, backend provider, roaming platform, site hosts, grid) • The CPO landscape and regulatory framework for charging in Europe • Outgoing business developer and relationship builder who also wants to understand technical details • Team player and a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and working independently • Good negotiator with a proven contract negotiation track record • Experience in creating partner contracts and SLAs • Proactive, self-organized and have good project management skills • Represent Digital Charging Solutions at industry events and enjoy speaking in person • Developing, implementing and improving internal and partner-related processes • Analytical skillset; experience in working with data analytics tools beyond Excel (e.g. Power BI) is a plus • First experience with AI tools such as Claude or comparable assistants is an advantage • Stellar English skills and basic German are essential; any other EU member state language is a plus.
