📋 Description

• Lead discovery with the client: map real pain points, validate business hypotheses, and determine if — and how — artificial intelligence is the best solution for the problem. • Define and communicate the product vision clearly to all stakeholders — from the client's executives to the squad's data engineer. • Build and prioritize the backlog, translating business requirements into agile tasks (PBIs) that the engineering team can execute, with well-defined scope. • Ensure operational rhythm: run dailies, sprint reviews, demos, and strategic checkpoints with clients consistently, protecting the squad from external interruptions. • Act as guardian of scope and risks, identifying deviations early and escalating clearly when necessary. • Track impact metrics of delivered solutions and produce status reports that demonstrate value to strategic stakeholders. • Organize the project's knowledge base — wikis, boards, documentation and artifacts — ensuring context is always accessible and well-structured. • Participate actively in the post-MVP cycle, supporting knowledge transfer to the client and the continuous evolution of the solution.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in digital product management — product vision, scoping, backlog, roadmap, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. • End-to-end experience (discovery to delivery). • Hands-on knowledge of artificial intelligence: LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, NLP, RAG. • No need to code, but must understand enough to have productive technical conversations and assess feasibility. • Analytical skills to collect, interpret and present data — extracting insights that guide decisions and prove the value of the delivered solution. • Clear and persuasive communication with diverse audiences: client's C-level, engineers, data scientists and business teams. • The ability to calibrate language appropriately with different audiences is what separates a good PM from an excellent one. • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency, ability to prioritize under pressure, and focus on delivering solutions that truly work in the client's context. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion or similar). • Comfortable managing documentation and creating organized knowledge bases — taxonomy, wikis, visual frameworks.
