📋 Description
• Install and configure software and hardware • Set up and maintain user accounts and passwords • Resolve network and connectivity problems • Provide phone and email support • Document incidents and resolutions • Gather and analyze information about users’ issues and determine the best resolution
🎯 Requirements
• A high school diploma or Technician at SENA in some tech field • At least 1 year of tech support experience • Good communication and customer service skills
