⢠Manage the day-to-day People Operations function, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. ⢠Own employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and documentation. ⢠Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and processes as the company scales. ⢠Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. ⢠Lead compensation programs including salary reviews, benchmarking, job leveling, and compensation planning. ⢠Manage employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits administration. ⢠Oversee 401(k) administration, including employee communications, compliance requirements, and vendor relationships. ⢠Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance concerns, team development, and organizational effectiveness. ⢠Identify opportunities to strengthen employee engagement and retention.
⢠Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, performance management, and employment practices. ⢠Experience managing 401(k) programs and working with benefits providers and brokers. ⢠Proven ability to coach managers and influence leaders across all levels of the organization. ⢠Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly. ⢠Hands-on, practical, and excited to roll up your sleeves when needed. ⢠Passion for creating an exceptional employee experience while helping the business grow. ⢠A proactive and curious attitude about how AI can support your role through automation, ideation, or more thoughtful decision-making. ⢠Experience leading People Operations at a hypergrowth startup would be beneficial ⢠Familiarity with Rippling, Lattice, Pave, Carta is a plus.
