📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day People Operations function, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Own employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and documentation. • Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and processes as the company scales. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. • Lead compensation programs including salary reviews, benchmarking, job leveling, and compensation planning. • Manage employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits administration. • Oversee 401(k) administration, including employee communications, compliance requirements, and vendor relationships. • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance concerns, team development, and organizational effectiveness. • Identify opportunities to strengthen employee engagement and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, performance management, and employment practices. • Experience managing 401(k) programs and working with benefits providers and brokers. • Proven ability to coach managers and influence leaders across all levels of the organization. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly. • Hands-on, practical, and excited to roll up your sleeves when needed. • Passion for creating an exceptional employee experience while helping the business grow. • A proactive and curious attitude about how AI can support your role through automation, ideation, or more thoughtful decision-making. • Experience leading People Operations at a hypergrowth startup would be beneficial • Familiarity with Rippling, Lattice, Pave, Carta is a plus.
