📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain the internal billing workflow platform’s VB.NET WinForms desktop application • Write and optimize T-SQL, stored procedures, and SQL Server Agent jobs • Lead new features, system enhancements, and performance optimization initiatives • Contribute to migration planning toward a modern web-based architecture, including ASP.NET Core/Blazor evaluation • Write and maintain automated tests and increase test coverage • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards and audit protocols • Collaborate with BI, Analyst, Processing, and Submission stakeholders to translate billing requirements into technical solutions • Contribute to technical design decisions for the current and future platform • Use Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or equivalent) • 7+ years of hands-on software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with VB.NET, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET Core Blazor, and Entity Framework Core • Strong hands-on T-SQL and SQL Server experience, including database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and SQL Server Agent job scheduling • Experience developing and maintaining WinForms desktop applications, including MDI architecture • Experience writing and maintaining automated unit, functional, and regression tests in a .NET environment • Proven ability to design, estimate, and deliver complex software solutions from business requirements • Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and contribution to architectural decisions • Familiarity with Angular is a plus • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and SonarQube or similar code-quality gating tools is a plus • Understanding of financial systems, financial processes, and billing/invoicing terminology is highly desirable • Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools is preferred
