• Support forecasting and staffing models by updating inputs, maintaining files, and validating trends • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for WFM and staffing metrics • Help automate manual workflows across WFM (reporting, trackers, alerts, data pulls) • Support recruiting and training planning by optimizing the hiring funnel, onboarding throughput, and ramp performance • Assist with intraday and weekly workforce performance monitoring (volume vs staffing, SLA risk, schedule gaps) • Document processes and create repeatable reporting/automation playbooks • Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides insights to support data-driven decision-making for ad hoc and on-going reports • Stay up-to-date with industry technologies and frameworks to identify trends to maintain best and cutting edge practices in AI • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed
• 1–2 years of experience in workforce analytics, WFM, operations, staffing analytics, or a related role • 1-2 years of foundational experience in AI and automation tools (e.g., using ChatGPT responsibly for drafting, summarizing, and workflow support; building simple automations with scripts, macros, or no-code tools) • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning) • Comfort working with data and spotting patterns • Experience building reports or dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar is a plus) • Curiosity and a mindset for automation (“there has to be a faster way”) • Can provide helpful insights from dense datasets • Creative self-starter capable of first principles thinking • Strong interpersonal skills that can work across a highly cross-functional environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills required • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS start-up preferred • Experience in healthcare is a bonus, as well as exposure to WFM concepts (forecasting, staffing, scheduling), familiarity with recruiting, onboarding, or training operations.
