📋 Description

• Drive the long-term product strategy with product leadership • Conduct user research, analyze data, and identify user-experience improvements • Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces • Create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces using visual identity, design patterns, and usability principles • Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes, test solutions with users, collect feedback, and iterate • Collaborate with product, development, and multidisciplinary teams • Monitor product performance and propose continuous user-experience optimization • Contribute to modernization of software and conception of digital products

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating interfaces and digital products • Portfolio demonstrating product design skills • Experience with user research, stakeholder evaluation, UX/UI design, prototyping, and testing • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD • Understanding of web and mobile development principles • Understanding and evaluation of flows and bottleneck identification • English level must be provided as part of the application • Required portfolio link
