📋 Description

• Co-lead modernization efforts and drive innovation for Feegow and Docplanner Group • Lead and drive technical initiatives impacting area-level directions across approximately 5 teams • Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, engineering teams, and area/company leaders to develop technical strategy • Provide accountability for all technical initiatives led • Act as a point of reference for Engineering teams • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching • Support and unblock engineering teams during complex technical discussions • Shape the technical direction of the area and company • Report directly to the Engineering Director

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical background in whole SDLC principles and practices, including Agile/CD, Lean, SRE, and DevOps • Strong backend development experience with a holistic understanding of full-stack systems • Experience with cross-team initiatives and creating buy-in for technical initiatives • Experience designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality, impactful solutions • Experience guiding and mentoring less experienced engineers • Proven experience modernizing and migrating legacy systems to modern architectures • Domain Driven Design knowledge • AWS expertise • Ability to oversee MySQL database optimizations • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures using microservices and serverless • Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous communication, data streaming, and API technologies and lifecycle management • Advanced English skills, comfortable communicating in written and verbal English across global teams • Previous consulting experience is a plus • CV must be submitted in English
