• Il profilo che stiamo cercando ha maturato esperienze in aziende software operanti nel mercato Enterprise SaaS per il 50–80% della propria carriera. • Individuare, contattare e incontrare potenziali clienti; • Comprendere le loro esigenze e proporre le soluzioni TuoTempo; • Gestire la trattativa commerciale fino alla chiusura del contratto. • Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide e durature con tutti i livelli manageriali strategici all’interno delle organizzazioni clienti.
• Laurea triennale o magistrale (preferibilmente in informatica, ingegneria, in alternativa in economia o campi correlati); • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nelle vendite; • Esperienza nella vendita di soluzioni tecniche in strutture organizzative complesse con diversi decisori; • Forte orientamento ai risultati e abilità negoziali; • Forte attitudine ad instaurare un rapporto con i decisori di alto livello in un'organizzazione; • Precedente esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e conoscenze in ambito tecnico.
