📋 Description

• Integrate business strategy into the daily operations of a multidisciplinary squad (Product, UX, Tech, and Marketing), using data to guide decisions, challenge hypotheses, and drive results for the customer app • Track digital journeys, campaigns, and in-app communication strategies (push notifications, banners, and journeys), evaluating performance and recommending optimizations • Monitor and deepen analysis of the squad’s key metrics (engagement, conversion, retention, NPS/CSAT, and feature adoption) • Analyze the app’s navigation and conversion funnel, identifying friction and drop-off points as well as customer behavior • Design and validate experience improvement hypotheses through A/B testing and qualitative and quantitative studies • Support the definition and prioritization of the performance team’s backlog based on potential impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field • Experience with digital channels, digital products, or data, preferably in a retail, commercial banking, or financial services app • Knowledge of digital businesses, including monetization models, customer journeys, and the dynamics of financial or retail apps • In-app communication strategy, including segmentation, personalization, and message orchestration (push notifications, in-app messages, and email) • Experience with funnel analysis, including acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion metrics, with the ability to identify bottlenecks • Knowledge of testing methodologies, including A/B test design, hypothesis formulation and validation, and interpretation of statistical significance • Knowledge of data analysis and data integration • Understanding of UX principles to support experience improvement recommendations • Experience working in an agile environment (squads, sprints, and backlogs) • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data, Digital Marketing, or Business Intelligence is a plus • SQL knowledge is a plus
