📋 Description

• Define, maintain, and prioritize the backlog of features/products/services aligned with the organization's strategy; • Ensure the quality of delivered work, focusing on mitigating negative business impact; • Seek alignment with all stakeholders, ensuring that developed features/products/services meet the interests and responsibilities of the involved areas; • Design and develop conversational journeys on the WhatsApp channel aimed at offering products, services, and customer support, ensuring smooth, relevant, and delightful experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related fields; • Experience as a Product Owner; • Knowledge of data analysis; • Certified Product Owner (CSPO); • Certification in an Agile methodology framework; • Courses related to UX (User Experience); • Knowledge of the Colmeia tool and prototyping tools such as Figma; • Experience in the financial or banking sector.
