• Manage user access requests, including onboarding, modifications, and offboarding across multiple systems. • Handle a high volume of access requests and tickets while meeting established service levels. • Ensure compliance with security policies and the principle of least privilege. • Administer identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and AWS environments. • Manage AWS IAM Identity Center (AWS SSO) for centralized access administration across multiple AWS accounts. • Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. • Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues. • Identify opportunities to improve IAM workflows and operational processes. • Standardize procedures to reduce manual effort and minimize errors. • Create and maintain operational documentation and best practices. • Serve as the primary point of contact for access-related requests. • Configure and optimize ticketing tools (e.g., workflows and automations). • Collaborate with IT, Security, and HR teams.
• 3+ years of experience in operational Identity & Access Management (IAM) roles. • Experience managing Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes. • Hands-on experience administering AWS IAM Identity Center (AWS SSO). • Experience using ticketing platforms (preferably Jira or similar tools). • Experience working in high-volume operational environments. • Access control models, roles, and permission management. • Identity platforms such as Working with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). • Authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP. • SSO implementation and troubleshooting. • Centralized access management in multi-account AWS environments. • Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset. • Experience with Identity Governance solutions. • Knowledge of automation (scripts, workflows, or similar). • Experience working in regulated environments or technology-driven industries. • Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
